100% volunteer-powered -- this is how we run.
Every game we host, every league we run, every event we put on is made possible by people who show up and give their time. If you want to be part of building something real in these neighborhoods, there's a place for you here.
Pickup Community Leader -- Host your own weekly game day. We give you a shirt, train you for a couple weeks, and plug you into the volunteer team. Once you commit, the day is yours to run.
Co-Volunteer -- Not ready to lead your own day yet? Co-volunteer alongside our existing team. Learn the ropes, get comfortable, and grow from there.
REC 77 -- CPS Schools -- Support our in-school soccer league as a coach or game staff. Two to four hours, one day a week, for eight weeks. This is where you work directly with kids.
YMCA Summer League -- Help run our summer youth league at the Rauner Family YMCA. Same commitment -- a few hours a week alongside our operations team.
Tech and Development -- We are actively building open source tools for grassroots sports communities through OpenFutbol. If you are a developer and want to contribute, we want to hear from you.
